In the red basalt lands of Ea Sup – Dak Lak, where nature bestows its finest gifts of climate and soil, Green Fiber has cultivated an organic loofah fiber plantation that meets international standards. Each seed is nurtured by the rich nutrients of the basaltic earth, watered by the pure, life-giving streams of the legendary Serepok, K’rong Ana, and K’rong No rivers. Green Fiber’s agricultural products stand out with exceptional quality, surpassing those from any other region, shaped by the dedication and craftsmanship of the local people. Green Fiber lays the foundation for a sustainable future right from the very first steps of agriculture. Covering an extensive 1,000 hectares, our farm produces up to 10 million loofahs per year. We have developed a farming system that meets international standards in collaboration with leading corporations from New Zealand and Germany. By utilizing organic fertilizers and adhering to EcoCert-certified cultivation practices, we guarantee that the soil remains healthy and free from harmful chemicals. Each loofah plant is nurtured in its natural environment without the use of chemical pesticides, providing clean and safe materials for production.
Green Fiber’s farming system relies entirely on 100% organic fertilizers, free from harmful chemicals. Our cultivation process strictly follows EcoCert standards from Germany, ensuring a safe and sustainable approach. Each loofah plant is nurtured in its natural environment without the use of pesticides. Moreover, our dedicated farmers handpick and carefully tend to the loofahs from an early stage, guaranteeing clean, safe, and high-quality raw materials for consumers.
Loofahs are harvested at peak ripeness to ensure the highest quality. The process is carried out manually with great care to preserve the natural integrity of the raw materials. Each loofah is carefully selected on-site on the plantation, eliminating substandard products to maintain only the best quality.
A modern factory with eco-friendly production technology
After being harvested, the loofahs are transported to a innovative manufacturing facility spanning 10,000m². The processing system strictly adheres to international standards for clean water usage and environmentally friendly technology. Every stage of production is designed to generate no hazardous waste, ensuring that the final products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
After processing, loofah fibers are carefully sorted by size, softness, and shape to cater to various uses such as dish scrubbers, bath brushes, coasters, loofah pouches, etc. The classification process is completely free of bleaching agents and chemical additives, ensuring the natural purity of the material.
