Green Fiber Highlands & Nam Hà Cooperative – Partnership to Develop an 80ha Loofah Cultivation Area in Đắk Nông (2025-2026 Phase) – Towards Sustainable Agriculture
On March 20, 2025, at the headquarters of Nam Hà Cooperative, Green Fiber Highlands Company signed a cooperation agreement to develop an 80-hectare loofah raw material cultivation area with Nam Hà Cooperative, located in Cư Jút District, Đắk Nông Province.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, the Farmers’ Association, and numerous local farmers. This event marks an important milestone in building a sustainable agricultural value chain and stable product consumption, strengthening the close connection between the enterprise and farmers.

Representatives of Nam Hà Cooperative stated that the 80-hectare loofah cultivation area not only helps increase farmers’ incomes but also promotes the restructuring of crops towards a modern and environmentally friendly direction.
On behalf of Green Fiber Highlands, the company commits to providing technical support, supplying high-quality seeds, and ensuring stable purchasing agreements. Loofah is a potential raw material with various applications such as producing cleaning tools, bio-products, and environmentally friendly materials, meeting the trend of sustainable consumption. Revenue is expected to reach approximately 150-180 million VND per hectare within six months.

According to the company’s development plan, Green Fiber will begin constructing a loofah raw material processing factory at Nam Hà Cooperative headquarters in April 2025, creating additional job opportunities for local farmers and cooperative members. The factory will produce consumer products made from loofah such as loofah dishwashing sponges, bath sponges, shoe insoles, and fashion accessories made from loofah, serving both domestic and export markets, contributing to bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to the global market.
